However, the cost of this move will be paid by an unexpected person, leaving Elif right in the middle of a grueling ordeal where she will question both her professional future and the trust she has placed in İnan.

The memory of a brief moment that left everyone in suspense, İnan begins his first day as a doctor in his new life. With Elif's mother being admitted to the hospital, İnan will break his first communication rule, but this situation will reveal an important secret related to Elif's mother. Elif, on the other hand, has a new decision regarding İnan, and with this decision, she enters a serious change. Meanwhile, a patient from Toprak's past causes him difficult moments. While Toprak struggles to make a diagnosis without being able to communicate with his patient, İnan will once again clash with him and his decisions.

Unaware of Ilgaz and Nesli's schemes, İnan, even though he suspects himself in the prosecutor's investigation, decides to pursue the truth with Elif's support. This truth will be quite surprising for İnan and Elif. Although Elif won't miss the growing closeness between Toprak and Aslı, Aslı will witness a conversation that ends in disappointment for her.
