The first time Jae Yoon and Ho Joon cross paths, they end up leaving a bitter impression on one another. However, in a strange twist of fate, the next time they meet is at their company where it is revealed that they will be working with each other?

Ho Joon is kicked out of his father's house because of his cynical personality and takes over the position of the team leader in the new department of the company, but interestingly enough, his landlord is soon set to become a member of his team!

The hostility between Jae Yoon and Ho Joon is soon set to come to an end after the two challenge each other to a game with some rather high-stakes. The terms are set and it is clear that: whoever loses the battle must admit defeat and pack their belongings and leave immediately.

Following Ho Joon's accidental injury, the contested relationship between Jae Yoon and Ho Joon takes a turn for the better as the two find themselves gradually getting closer to each other day by day. One night, after a round of some heavy drinks, Jae Yoon accidentally reveals his affair with Seung Sik to Ho Joon.

When Jae Yoon accidentally discovers that Ho Joon was once a top graduate from New York University, he finds himself getting even more curious about his team leader at work.

Upon noticing that Jae Yoon has been secretly helping Seung Sik with all of his problems, Ho Joon decides to confront Jae Yoon and the two find themselves in the midst of a heated argument.
