The Beauty Inside

Efsun works as a dermatologist in a village in Gaziantep and lives happily on the farm with her father. She hears from her mother, Pervin, who left them 21 years ago and hasn't seen her since. Pervin, a famous plastic surgeon, wants to see her daughter one last time. Efsun, who comes to Istanbul with Emir, the driver sent by Pervin, encounters a big surprise. Neither her mother nor the driver who brought her is telling the truth. Istanbul, which she came to for a day, will change Efsun's whole life irreversibly.

The kiss of Efsun and Emir upsets all the balances, and they become even tenser. Efsun makes a big mistake while trying to prove herself to both Emir and the whole team. This mistake destroys Efsun because of her secret from the past. Emir will come to her aid when she feels most helpless.

Worried that the truth about her being a surgeon will be revealed, Efsun is unaware that Emir is keeping an even bigger secret from her. Emir and Kaya's secret operation of Pervin's operation causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her. On the other hand, Emir is in danger of appearing before the board because of the patient who returned from the dead because she hid the results of her medical history. Feeling guilty about what happened, Efsun is not yet aware of what will happen between her and Emir.

Efsun is close to learning about Emir's surgery to Pervin at another hospital. Emir does his best to prevent this. Meanwhile, he feels closer to Efsun. The ethics committee to be formed for Emir's patient who has returned from the dead will put Efsun in a dilemma. Efsun, who does not want to put Emir in a difficult situation, is torn between meeting and not meeting this committee, which requires being a real manager in the clinic. The ethics committee issue will be a turning point in the relationship of both the clinic and Emir and Efsun.

Emir's resignation hits the clinic like a bombshell. While Efsun does her best to keep Emir in the clinic, an unpleasant surprise awaits her. Efsun's ex-boyfriend, Ali Bıçakçı, is at the symposium attended by the clinical team. With Ali's arrival, all attention turns to him. While Efsun tries to prevent her relationship with Ali from being exposed, Emir tries to cope with the feeling of jealousy he experienced for the first time in his life. When Ali Bıçakçı starts working at the clinic, it causes tension between Kaya and Pervin. Emir, on the other hand, has fits of jealousy because of the closeness between Ali and Efsun. This will speed up the negotiations with investors and clinics. Meanwhile, Efsun tries to find other ways for Emir to stay at the clinic. Emel Müftüoğlu's arrival at the clinic as a patient complicates matters.
