Funeral for a Dog

Journalist Daniel heads to Italy to interview author Mark Svensson. There he meets a character from Svensson's novel.

Tuuli tells Daniel that Felix drowned in the lake, but his body was never found. Meanwhile, Daniel re-reads Astroland.

The bar owner suggests that Felix's death was not an accident. Meanwhile, Daniel shares memories of his wife with Tuuli.

It's winter 2000. Tuuli discovers she is pregnant and starts a family in New York. Later, she reveals a long-kept secret.

Tuuli gives birth on 9/11 while New York is in chaos. At the house by the lake, doubts about Felix's death continue to grow.

Felix reveals plans to leave New York. In Italy, Daniel and Mark discover they are more alike than they thought.
